Elizabeth J. Wysong Berg, Esq., NTP, ITP leads multi-state education and strategic initiatives focused on title insurance, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, digital transactions, and operational best practices for independent title agents.
Prior to joining FNF, Elizabeth served as underwriting counsel and spent ten years in private practice handling title insurance, real estate, litigation, and insurance matters.
A frequent national speaker and industry advocate, she is a Past President of the Indiana Land Title Association, Chair of ALTA’s State Advocacy Network, and holds both the National Title Professional and Indiana Title Professional designations.

Andrew Hooper is AVP of Strategic Partnerships and Innovation for Fidelity National Financial, where he supports title agencies and law firms across the East Coast in growing market share, modernizing operations, and strengthening their relationships with real estate professionals and lenders.
With a background spanning sales leadership, marketing strategy, and operational consulting, Andrew works at the intersection of title, real estate, lending, and technology. He helps organizations translate emerging tools, especially artificial intelligence, into practical systems that improve internal efficiency, enhance client communication, and create measurable business growth.
Andrew speaks regularly at industry conferences, executive events, and association meetings, delivering hands on sessions focused on real world implementation, not theory. His presentations are built for principals, partners, and key decision makers who want actionable strategies they can execute immediately.

MICHELE GREEN
ESP., SVP, GENERAL COUNSEL TO AGENCY
Michele Green is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Agency Operations at Fidelity National Financial. In this role, she advises the Company and its agents on various aspects of modern risk management, seeking to maximize revenue potential while minimizing instances of unintended loss. Michele has been in the title industry for more than 25 years, in the past as Regional Claims Counsel and Senior Corporate Underwriting Counsel. She is a regular speaker at regional and national events for title agents. Prior to joining the industry, Michele was in private practice, specializing in real estate and title insurance litigation.
Michele has a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas in Austin and received a Juris Doctorate from New England Law.
She is admitted to practice in all courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Rhode Island.
RAJEEV DHAWAN

Rajeev Dhawan is the Zwerner Chair of Economic Forecasting and Director of the Economic Forecasting Center at Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business. A nationally recognized economist and award-winning forecaster, he produces widely followed forecasts for the U.S., Southeast, and Metro Atlanta economies. Dhawan has earned six Pulsenomics Crystal Ball Awards for forecasting accuracy and has been recognized by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, Bloomberg News, and Arizona State University for forecasting excellence.
A sought-after speaker and advisor, he has consulted for government agencies and major organizations including Coca-Cola, Georgia Power, Raymond James, Amgen, and Northrop Grumman. His research focuses on U.S. business cycles, credit markets, small business growth, and energy economics, and has been published in leading academic journals. He currently serves as Chair of the Atlanta Regional Commission’s Advisory Committee for Regional Growth and has been a member of the Georgia Governor’s Council of Economic Advisors since 2003.
Dhawan holds a B.A. in Economics with honors from St. Stephen’s College, a master’s degree in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics, and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Rick Diamond serves as Vice President of Information Technology, Agency Operations for Fidelity National Financial, leading technology initiatives for agents nationwide. A recognized industry expert and frequent speaker, he educates audiences on digital closings, AI, real-time payments, data security, wire fraud prevention, and emerging technology trends.
With more than 35 years of industry experience, Rick consults with title agents across the country on streamlining operations, strengthening cybersecurity, improving compliance, enhancing the customer closing experience, and leveraging technology to grow their businesses. He is widely respected for his client-first approach and advocacy on behalf of agents.
Rick serves on several ALTA technology, security, and best practices committees and is an active member of multiple industry associations. He has also served on the Executive Board of Massachusetts Title and remains involved with the Room to Dream Foundation, a nonprofit supporting chronically ill children and their families.
